Nokia is looking to increase its line-up with the announcement of three new phones in India.Nokia is trying its fullest to give the consumers a perfect variety in all categories of Mobile phones.It unvieled the 7900 Crystal Prism, the 1209, and the 2600 Classic.

Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism
The Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism is targeted mostly towards the high-end fasionable people with a glamorous personality.It has a seamless diamond-cut design with a crystal center key and continues to highlight the geometric shapes and personalized style of the Prism Collection. Nokia has worked in collaboration with creative designer to result in some unique laser-etched graphic designs, distinctive wallpapers, as well as exclusive accessories, and the most important “it’s looks”. The Crystal Prism features an OLED display with organic, modern digital art wallpapers inspired by its designer. It’s equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, 3G technology, 1GB internal memory, and a music player with matching headset. Users can personalize the keymat light by choosing from 49 colors.It is expected to reach Indian stores before April 2008 and will be priced at Rs 22,500(without taxes).

Nokia 2600 Classic and Nokia 1209
These are entry-level budget phones and give the consumers full value for their money.
Nokia 2600 Classic will allow its users to fully customise it with colourful and fully changable Xpress-on covers.For entertainment purposes,it will be equiped with MP3 ring tones,integrated FM radio and a VGA camera.It is to offer such a robust set of features at a affordable price of Rs 3,715(without taxes).It will be available in Indian market in the first quater of 2008.

The Nokia 1209 is a phone for a lay man who does not need to use it for anything except Calling and SMSing.It is available with a built-in torch light.It has a contacts-storing capacity of 200 per person for upto 5 users.It offers support to 80 languages and also has a dust-resistant feature.A one-piece keymat ensures durability.It will be globally available in the second quater of 2008 at INR 2000.
