Is Google changing its Favicon too frequently?

Recently, Google had changed its Favicon (the icon which comes alongside the website address in the browser’s address bar) But today, Google again changed its Favicon to a more colorful one. It appears that, Google is finding Red, Green, Blue and Yellow as its lucky colours, so it is trying to put those colours in every product they launch.
