Maxx MA440 Android Phone to be launched soon

Today at the Maxx Mobiles party on the eve of opening their new Corporate office in Mumbai, they gave a small hint of the new Android Device they would be launching very soon!
The First Android Phone from Maxx mobiles will be known as Maxx MA440 and will have a 3.1 inch screen, 3.2MP camera, a Mini USB port.
We do not have any idea about the exact version of Android which will be built in it (expected to be Android 2.1 Eclair). Also, there were no talks about the pricing and other details. Just an hint was thrown towards us regarding the Android phone launch, but thanks to Annkur, we have the exclusive photos of the Phone.
This phone is expected to be a competition to the Andro A60 Android phone launched by Micromax mobiles about a month back!
Update: The Model Number of this Phone is MA440 and not MR440 as was mentioned before. The First Android Phone from Maxx Mobiles will be the Maxx MA440

Hey its android but it have nt android market its very bad thing and you cannt install android market if you know so tell me how to install android market in MAXX MA440
