I crack technical jokes on a basis and on a basis ppl don’t understand me. I hate having to break down a simplistic technical joke. I’ll attach three individual jokes toghther with internet humor, geek wittiness and make some math or physics but that may be to much. Only like 7 of my friends out of hundreds understand me. But yeah most of those relate except I know about romance…got a girl.

You made the comment about seeing them with an ipad.

Apple makes tech for non tech people.

You’ll never see a true tech geek with anything Apple anywhere near them.

An Apple owner claiming to be a tech geek is someone to stay away from, their like the guy with the slick looking skateboard and expensive pads, but can’t do a simple kick flip.

Be careful out their, alot of posers, and you need to be able to tell them apart, thankfully we have Apple to make that easy for us.

Some points don’t match my characteristics:
I’m not a gadget junkie
I don’t wear t-shirt + jeans, but I’m always seen with t-shirt + trousers, or sometimes shirt.
I don’t always carry a backpack.
I have two simple phones: nokia 2626 and samsung c170.

Wow, nice lists! It makes me to smile while reading it but I agree with your lists. It is very specific and it describes the actual character of a Tech Geek person. I know that we can really identify them because we have the same world.

Yes i agree that the attitude of tech geek is some times very strange. One cannot guess what is in his mind.
