Samsung Galaxy S 2 launched in India (price: mid 30k)
Its not a secret that Samsung Galaxy S 2 is among the most awaited phones of the year. After a brilliant show by the Galaxy S and the introduction of the S2 at the MWC 2011, people were waiting desperately for its launch.
Finally, Today (13th April 2011) Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S 2 at the Samsung SWA Forum in New Delhi.

Even though, it is not available for retail sale as of now, it will be available in stores from May 2011.
Samsung did not reveal the official price here in India but a rough estimate of “mid Rs. 30,000″ was given.
The Samsung Galaxy S 2 will come with a 4.3″ Super AMOLED plus screen and a 1GHz Dual core processor. It is packed with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 1650 mAh battery and 16GB of internal memory (32 GB SD card available on purchase) and has an 8MP camera which can record video in 1080p HD.
