Acer has boosted its Projector Portfolio by launching the Ultra-light C110 pico projector and the K330 multimedia travel projector in India. Both these projectors are specially built for a mobile lifestyle, consisting of business as well as personal use.
The C110 pico-projector is small enough to fit in your pocket and is targeted towards the people using Notebooks/Netbooks. It weighs less than 175 grams and its dimentions are 110 x 85 x 25 mm. With 1000:1 contrast ratio, WVGA (854×480) resolution and native 16:9 aspect ratio, the C110 pico-projector works perfectly with widescreen Notebook screens too. The DLP picture technology and eco-efficient LED lamp with a lifespan of 20,000 hours minimizes the light source replacement cost. It needs just one USB cable to get connected to any Notebook and boots within 15 seconds; no external power source or any other cables or accessories are required.
The Acer K330 is the first LED projector with a 500 lumen lamp projecting Multimedia with enhanced color saturation, even when being smaller than the size of a normal Magazine. The USP of the Projector lies in its ability to project standard office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, & PDF) and Multimedia files (audio, video and photo) from an USB drive or a SD card connected to the projector, even when the Laptop is not connected. It comes with a small remote control.
With a native WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution and 4,000:1 contrast ratio, the K330 not only offers the usual VGA, HDMI, composite video inputs and AV inputs, but also SD card slot and an USB port to bypass the Blu-ray deck or computer
altogether. It weighs 1.24 kg and is ideal for Office and professional use even while being travel-friendly. The ExtremeEco mode in this Projector enhances the life of the Lamp by including Auto-ShutDown feature which puts the K330 in Standby mode when there is no signal input.
