Western Digital Launches WD TV Live Streaming Media Player in India

Western Digital has been known for its external storage solutions, but now it has launched a very interesting product in India.

It has launched a new WiFi enabled Live Streaming Media Player in India, which will be called the WD TV Live Streaming Media Player.

This media player will connect to Internet wirelessly (802.11n) or through an Ethernet connection to give a continuous supply of latest hit movies, TV shows, music along with the best content from companies like Vimeo, Playjam, Deezer, TuneIn, SnagFlims, Comedy Time, etc. It will also enable you to watch videos shared on Youtube and Facebook directly to your TV in Full-HD 1080p resolution.

This device will also allow you to enjoy your own Multimedia content such a music, videos and photos from your PC/Mac or USB drive on your TV screen. You can also stream content from Digital cameras, Camcorders, any Networked drives or Cloud storage solutions.

Western Digital TV Live Streaming Media Player is available at all leading Electronic retailers in India with 1-year limited on-site warranty for Rs. 7900.
