ZTE unveils six Android Smartphones and four Data Cards in India

With the advent in technological innovations, the plethora of revelations that are presented out by various manufacturers continue to ascend as we move forward in time.

As domestic brands continue to promise, the range of Smartphones that arrive in the already competitive market accrue with the launch of newer disclosures.ZTE

ZTE have launched six smartphone models and four 3G datacards at an event last week. The company has marked its presence into the Indian market with their Zmartphones (the way ZTE puts it). The new revelations arrive under three major categories – Blade, Grand and Kis. A range of four phones arrive under the Blade series, one model comes in the Kis range and another one under the Grand series. These Smartphones have been priced between Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 15,000. The arrival of such Smartphones by the Chinese mobile giant will be an attempt to uproot certain markets and grab some marketshare.ZTE-India-launch

Being the fourth largest mobile handset manufacturer globally, ZTE has finally introduced various models in the India’s highly competitive Smartphone market. ZTE presents out the ZTE Grand X as their flagship model and this premium phone is priced Rs 14,999. Looking at the technical specifications, the Grand X Quad Lite runs on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean version and features a 5-inch qHD display offering 540X960 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with comes with 1GB of RAM. Additionally, it comprises of 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The device has a 5-megapixel camera at the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The Grand X Quad Lite provides support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, and GPS and comes with a 2500mAh battery.

The ZTE Blade G2 is priced at Rs. 11,599 and arrives in the mid range price bracket handset. The following are its technical specifications:Blade G2

The ZTE Blade L is priced at Rs. 12,599. The following are the technical specifications:Blade L

  • 10.5mm thick, 200 gms weight
  • 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor with 512 MB RAM
  • 4 GB Internal Memory with micro SD cards upto 32 GB
  • 5 MP AF rear camera with single LED flash, 720p video recording, 0.3 MP VGA Front facing camera
  • 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS, DUAL SIM.

The ZTE Blade C arrives cheap at a price of Rs. 7,599. The following are the technical specifications:Blade C

  • 4 inch WVGA 800×480 display
  • 11.9mm thick, 130g weight
  • 1 GHz Dual Core processor with 512 MB RAM
  • 4 GB internal storage with 32 GB micro SD card support

  • Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, DUAL SIM with 1 3G and the other EDGE
  • 1600 mAH battery

The ZTE Blade E is priced at Rs. 11,999. The following are the technical specifications:Blade E

  • 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor with 512 MB RAM

The ZTE Kis Flex, a dual-SIM smartphone is priced at Rs 5,799. The following are the technical specifications:Kis Flex

  • 1 GHz processor with 256 MB RAM
  • 512 MB internal memory with micro SD cards support upto 32 GB
  • 2 MP fixed focus rear camera

  • WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth and GPS

Apart from the launch of these handsets, ZTE has also launched four new 3G datacards under the Swift series. These cards arrive in four different variants: The  Swift (7.2Mbps with Voice Call) priced for Rs 1,799, Swift Plus (14.4Mbps) priced for Rs 1,999, Swift WPlus (14.4Mbps with Wi-Fi) priced for Rs 2,250 and Swift Speed (21.6Mbps with Voice Call) priced for Rs 2,499.
