Apple’s latest product i.e. iPad is out in the Market and People are going crazy buying it. Now it is expected that it will slowly start dominating the way people surf websites, as the case happened with the iPhone. So, its better to modify your website appropriately for the iPad right at this time. I may sound very eager to do so as the iPad is launched only in USA as of now, but still…

I just found out a service named iPad Peek which helps us get the feel of our favorite websites as they would appear on the iPad. So, if you cannot afford the iPad or you are waiting for it to launch in your Country, then you can just enjoy the feel for now.

You must keep in mind that the Apple iPad browser has a default resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, so your websites may look a bit different than your normal desktop of Laptop browsers.

Using iPadPeek, you can test the appearance of your website in two modes, Landscape mode and Portrait mode. When you wish to shift between the modes, you just need to click on the top edge of the iPad image.

Twitter has given rise to a lot of URL shortening services, which take the long URLs as input and shorten it with a 301 redirection which is Search Engine friendly. Thus, after visiting the Short URL we land up on the original page with the Long URL. Even though this services help to decrease the length of the URL, there are a few mishaps which may take place.

If a long URL of a web page containing malicious content is shortened, then people might not know the exact landing page where they may reach after clicking on the Short URL. This might cause problems and misuse of these URL shortening services.

Youtube is most famous Video Broadcasting website in the world. Millions of people watch Videos on this website everyday and most of them are addicted to it! There are a lot of features which Youtube supports and it recently launched the feature to Download Youtube Videos legally from the official website. Earlier, we had also talked about viewing Youtube videos in High Resolution using a Small hack. Youtube also pays you when your Original Videos are viewed by people all over the world.

But one feature which Youtube Power-Users are still missing is the ability to watch Multiple videos in the same Window.

Youtube does not allow watching different videos in the same TAB or Window. You need to open different videos in Different Tabs and watch them. But there is one third-party service which now enables us to watch a maximum of 3 Youtube videos in the Same window! Hence, the service is named You3b.

I searched a lot of websites for Good free domain names but couldn’t find any. The available ones where the those with unusual extensions like .co.cc or .co.nr , etc. Finally after getting frustrated, when I was just about to give up my search, I came across a website which gives [dot] COM i.e- .COM domain names for Free. There is not a single penny charged when registering or extending the validity of the Domain name.

Things that I found tricky and those I didn’t like:
1. They put 2 or 4 Ads on your website depending on your traffic. If you have more than 100 pageviews then they put 2 Ad banners, if lesser PageViews then 4 Ad units.
2. They .COM domain which they give you for use is registered in their name i.e. hyperwebenable.com and not in your name. So you don’t own it [You can just use it].
3. The forth point of the Privacy policy states: User liability – you are liable for all content on your site, including the legality and preservation (i.e. making back-ups) of same. This means there Servers might not be in good condition or they are not trustworthy.
4. The third point of Privacy Policy states: Limitations : Any content on your Web site that is prohibited by the laws of any sovereign state, obscene under the laws of any sovereign state, or otherwise considered by hyperwebenable.com, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, disruptive, obscene, inappropriate or otherwise an administrative burden, may be removed or deleted without any compensation to you. This means that they hold the right to deleting your account if you tend to do anything illegal. It might also be the case that your account is terminated without any strong reason under this condition.
5. It might happen that when your website is flourishing, HyperWebEnable will sell off your domain name for a very high price, Earning a lot of profit for itself. [Remember you don't own the Domain name so you cannot do anything]
6. You cannot upgrade your platform. Example: If you wish to move to any other platform like WordPress or Movable-Type in near future, then you wont be allowed to do so. You cannot carry the domain name and traffic to your new location.

Consider this: You download some file from an Unknown Resource and you are not sure that it is virus-free. You scan it with the Antivirus software installed on your PC. Send Secret and Anonymous Emails to anyone

Sometime back we told you how to send anonymous Emails without having an Email account. But Sometimes, there is a need for sending Secret messages through Emails and that too Anonymously. There is always a fear that some hacker would hack into the Email account of the Recipient and he might get access to some highly-sensitive or Secret information. So how can we send Secret Email messages Anonymously?

Whisper Bot allows us to writ a Secret note using a rich text editor and the recipient can retrieve the note via a secure (https) web page.

The thing which makes this utility special is that it allows to send an email without knowing our email address(Anonymous), also without knowing our Name(Super-Anonymous) and even allows a secret code(Secret and Secure).

The secret code allows us to set a secret-code which the recipient must enter before he can retrieve your message. Obviously, this secret code should not be sent in the email but communicated using another medium like phone or in-person. The secret-code is as good as a password for the Email Note.
