Ever wondered to get in touch with your Facebook friends over the phone for a direct phone call? I hope it would have crossed your mind for a lot of times..

Just imagine that you have lost your Mobile Phone and all the contact details which you had stored in it for years (no backup) is lost. This will help you contact your friends.

But how do you get the Phone number of your Facebook friends? (without going through their individual profiles)

Its pretty easy, as Facebook has inbuilt this feature of the Phonebook. This Facebook Phonebook gives you an entire list of Phone numbers of your friends who have allowed their phone numbers to be seen in their Profile Info. (we cannot get the phone numbers of those who have disabled showing the phone numbers as Facebook is taking care of the privacy issue seriously)

How to use Bold/Underlined Fonts & smileys in Facebook Chat

Facebook has become a hub for all the Social People and Facebook Chat has taken over the traditional IMs like Yahoo and Hotmail Live messengers. People spend a lot of time chatting on Facebook and they are very eager to know more Tricks about how can they act Cool on Facebook.

As Facebook has crossed the 500 million users mark, you can expect nearly everyone you know to be having a Social Profile on Facebook. You can connect and Chat with them whenever you both are online.

Now when it comes to using Smileys for Facebook Chat, they are more-or-less similar to our normal Smileys. I am giving you a Small chart to get acquainted to some of the most used Facebook Smileys. (Note: Smileys are also called Emotions / Emoticons / Emotion Icons)

You will observe that nearly everyone who chats regularly on Facebook, uses Smileys! So how can you go the extra mile to appear cool?

You can use Cool texts which are Decorative and write them in . I am going to tell you how to use the Bold and Underline Fonts in the Facebook chat.

For using the Bold Font, just type your message in between the asterisks (*)
Example: If you want any message to appear in Bold, then you must type *your message*

For using the Underline Font, just type your message in between the underscores (_)
Example: If you want any message to have an Underline, then you must type _your message_

How To: Send Free Unlimited Character SMS to LOOP Mobile users

Its always irritating when you are charged for the second SMS when you exceed your First SMS’s character limit by just one or two characters. In that case, you need to pay the entire amount for the Second SMS too. So, is there any way to send Unlimited Character SMS for free?

Today, I am going to tell you a way to send such Unlimited Character SMS to LOOP Mobile Users Anonymously for free. You can also use this trick to play Pranks with your Friends who are LOOP subscribers.

This trick was brought to notice by Nikhil Bansode and he has also created a Script to allow its easy usage. You can basically use any of the Two methods to Send Free SMS with Unlimited Characters.

Method 1:
Send an Email to phonenumber@loopmobile.co.in where you need to replace the phone number by actual Phone number of the LOOP Subscriber.

You need to write your Unlimited Character Text in the Body of the Email.

Example: If you want to send an Email to the following LOOP Subscriber 977000456 , then you need to compose an Email with the To field pointing to : 977000456@loopmobile.co.in
You need to write the Content of your SMS in the Main Content Area of your Email Provider. (This trick works very well with all the leading Email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc)

Method 2:
Visit this LINK. Just fill out all the details and your SMS will be sent right away. You can anonymously send SMS if you write a Fake Name in the Name field.

It is to be noted, that the SMS is received by the recipient within 20-30 seconds which is pretty good. The only problem is that we do not get any delivery reports, so we do not know whether the SMS has reached the recipient’s Mobile phone or not.

Protect yourself from Spam created by Forging Digital Signatures

Email security was always a concern and with manipulations in digital signatures on the rise, it is the need of the day. Will you ever opt for an Emailing solution which is not secured? I know most of you will say NO!! So, what is the main reasons for Email Scams and How they are causing a havoc?

It was noted that Digital signatures, which were among the major systems for finding Email Scams and Spam, are now being compromised. Fake Digital Certificates were attached to some Emails and Phishing attacks were being carried out.

The intruders forge the Digital signatures of any Sender organization and create a very similar copy of it. They use this Signatures for signing Fake Documents and send it to their potential targets and if the Targets fall prey to this method then the attacker gain helpful insights to the working of the system and also some private information about the Target and the Organization.

A lot of Softwares were developed to reduce these spam attacks and to secure the online behaviors of the members of different organizations, but some vulnerabilities are always found in these programs. The current trend is to develop Anti-Spamming Appliances which will make the users of different online services safe. An Anti Spam Appliance is basically a hardware device which does the work of a Strong Firewall.

This appliance just needs to be added to a Dedicated Hosting Server and your secured web server is ready to work. I would suggest to have it installed for your Blog server too. Not able to send twitter Direct Messages? Use this syntax!

I have been using Twitter for quite a long time now and I have repeatedly faced a weird problem. Everyone knows that Twitter Direct Messages can be sent only to your Followers who follow you back (i.e. Mutual Following). But I have not been able to use this feature since a long time now.

Even though I have a large number of Mutual Followers, NOT all of them are shown in my Twitter Direct Messaging List. There are many people missing in that list who follow me back when I follow them (or vice versa)

I am not able to understand this weird Bug in the Twitter DM system. And let me tell you, I come across this Error(we will call it a BUG) only when I use the Twitter website for Tweeting and Sending messages. If I use any desktop Twitter Clients, then I don’t face this problem. So we can infer that, this is a problem with the Twitter website alone and not with the entire working system.

Also, we can somehow neglect this bug if we use the Twitter Direct Message Syntax for sending messages through the Twitter Tweeting Space.

Syntax for Sending Direct Message from Twitter tweeting space:
d username-of-recipient message-to-be-send

Blogger launches Blogger Template Designer

Blogger.com is the most used Free Blogging platform in the world. But users of this service were somehow not satisfied, as a host of features are not available, which are available for WordPress.com which is a similar Free blogging service. 10 Major Reasons Why your Google Adsense Account Request will NOT be Approved

There have been many incidences where the Google Adsense Account Activation request of many publishers were rejected by Google. And as Google does not state the Exact reason why the Request wasn’t approved, it keeps the publisher wondering what he did wrong. It must be noted that Google is getting very strict these days regarding the Adsense Account approval as people are trying to Fool the Advertisers and Make easy money.

People from the Asian Sub-Continent have been increasingly caught in Adsense Fraud Activities so the rules are stricter for them. Let us consider a few reasons why adsense account request of Publishers is not being approved.

1. Not hosted on a Domain name i.e. Hosted on some free Sub-domain.
2. Domain Name not even least 6 months old.
3. Website not getting enough traffic [at least a 100 visitors per day]
4. Website does not have unique content [Content is Copied from Wikipedia or from other websites indexed by Google]
5. Content is only about latest events [Like Latest Technology News and nothing else]
6. Website does not satisfy Google Adsense policies [read the Adsense policies in detail, you may find a reason there]
7. You are filing the application with a directory under the Domain name [like domain.com/xyz]
8. You are not having enough content on your website. [minimum 30 pages]
9. You are using Black Hat tricks for SEO.

Bonus tip: Use Original Information and a Google Account [Gmail Email Address] to apply for Adsense Account. And verify your site ownership in Google Webmaster Tools.

Play Pranks with Shady and Suspicious Email Addresses and URL links

Do you like playing pranks on friends? I am going to give you two online tricks which will drive your friends crazy! Firstly, remember that our pranks can always backfire, So be ready for the worst and to explain everything. So without wasting any more time, lets do it..

1. Creating a Shady Email Address

Go to Shady Email and get yourself a Suspicious Email Address. Remember that all mails sent to this Suspicious Email Address will be forwarded to your original Email address without the knowledge of the person sending you the mails.

You can also directly send Emails to your Friends using this Email address. Just imagine the reaction of your friends when they receive an Email from an Anonymous address like : teeny_b00bs638@awe4.com

You can also give this Shady and Disposable Email Address to various websites instead of reveling your original email address.

2. Creating a Suspicious URL link

Go to Shady URL and Convert any URL into a Suspicious URL. I just converted http://twitter.com/techfreaks into http://5z8.info/molotovcocktail_z6w2i_hot-older-goats.mov

Just observe that the Shady link in no way appears to redirect to http://twitter.com/techfreaks but in fact it does.

Now you know how to create a Suspicious Email Address as well as a Prank and Shady URL. Now combine both these pranks i.e. Send your friend a Suspicious Link through this Shady Email address and just wait for the laughter riot!
